Nepal's first IRL streamer: Zeven went live flying kites with SK49 in 2024
On 23 September 2024 (7 Asoj 2081), Zeven started an unplanned stream in Banepa, flying kites with two friends including SK49. It came more than a year before Pradhan's "First Irl Stream".
Long before "IRL" became a familiar word in Nepali streaming, Zeven picked up his phone in Banepa and went live from a kite-flying session with friends. Of all the Nepali streams we've been able to find, it's the earliest IRL one, which makes Zeven Live Nepal's first IRL streamer.
The stream
- Title: "irl flying kite with @SK49Gaming"
- Date: Monday, 23 September 2024 (७ असोज २०८१). YouTube lists it as "Streamed live on Sep 23, 2024".
- Where: Banepa
- Who: Zeven and two of his friends, one of them PUBG Mobile streamer SK49
There was no plan behind it. Zeven was out flying kites in the weeks before Dashain, when Nepal's skies fill with changa, and simply went live. Viewers got the kites and the banter between friends in real time. It came just two days after the first stream on his channel.
What makes it IRL
An IRL ("in real life") stream is one where the streamer takes the camera out into the world instead of streaming a game or sitting in front of a webcam: walking around a city, travelling, riding, or, in this case, flying kites on a rooftop or hillside. Chat comes along for whatever happens next.
What about Pradhan?
Some viewers credit Pradhan as Nepal's first IRL streamer. Pradhan's stream titled "First Irl Stream" went live on 18 November 2025, more than a year after Zeven's kite stream. It was Pradhan's own first IRL stream, not the first in Nepal.
Zeven kept going
The kite stream wasn't a one-off. Zeven went back out with SK49 for "irl kite competetion Magar Gau Banepa with SK49" on 5 October 2024. He later streamed motorbike rides to Banepa in February 2025, and came back for "IRL Stream kite finals" on 27 September 2025.
Today Zeven is best known for his OmeTV and Just Chatting streams and group sessions with Keema and Jhapalish. See where he ranks among Nepal's IRL and Just Chatting streamers.
